me -at the freezing river we swam in on sunday

Monday Monday da-da-da-da-da-da
What a day, there was a call for 4% chance of rain, and the cloud we saw in the sky was the size of an air balloon. Typical of the past week, the skies have been blue, blue, endless blue with no hints of cloud, so when we saw a cloud today, Steph took a picture right away. The ride from Boise to Mountain Home was very plain. There was not that much to see along the highways and byways, which led us to making up fun for ourselves and keeping ourselves entertained with our own imaginations of sort. Dear Jeffrey used up all our inner tubes on his rear tire, which seemed to want to be more flat then it wanted to be inflated.
Steph, Katrina and Jeff, we are helping the
poor fella out and changing his tire.....
hmmm what number is this one Jeff...
TEN?!

We managed to pull off the 1-84 to a truck weighing station and change his tire, not 1, nor 2, but 3 inner tubes later was his rear tire happy. We stopped along the way to help Hank with his first flat of the tour, and then 4 km from the school where we were staying Jeff’s front tire decided to take a leak! While we helped/waited for him to change it, I took the opportunity to run across the road and stand in the way of some farmers sprinklers he had in his field. Here, in Idaho, it doesn’t rain all that often, so most of the fields have major irrigation systems set in place whereby, being able to manage watering their crops and keeping everything fertile and growing. This sprinkler was a little off, and was spraying out into the ditch, thus we didn’t damage any crops nor have to hop any fences. It was a glorious relief to the 100 degrees we were experiencing.

This is Tony, and this is what we do at the end of the day...run in the sprinklers because

we are so hot, and it doesn't matter anyways for we are on our way to setting up our tents and taking a shower....

Tony and i play tag on the bikes, for i pass him, and then he passes me....the other day he tagged me just as i was pulling into the school parking lot, and he jumped off his bike and then said i couldn't tag him- the rules we are still figureing out...we need to be on our bikes at least!
