Alamosa to Pancho Springs
Today I rode in a paceline for 80 k which went by super fast. Once around the 80 k mark we had a long climb to the top of a mountain pass. The ride down was amazing!!! Although my seat loosened and slid all the way back causing me to pull over and fix it and then resume the descent. At the bottom we all met up and had a celebratory cheer and drink at the local gas bar :)
Friday - 105k
Pancho Springs to Canon City
This was an amazing ride! Mostly downhill with a climb at the end. Lots and lots of curves round rock walls/ mountains and a small shoulder all made it safe to camp and enjoyed the ride.
Near the end in town we stopped at a few places and handed out Sea to Sea cards and talked to locals about the purpose of the ride.
