It doesn't matter that I write that since I know Jeremy doesn't read my blog!?
At ivy lea many peeps went on the 1,000 island tour ...

Here I am entering brockville, still feels uncanny riding through areas and roads I know!
Thursday night I was reunited with the fam jam! So lovely !
My parents along with 4 of my nieces/nephew came to hang out and take me out for dinner.... Delish!
We played at the park, the splash pad and walked around the pier.

Overnight location: NAV Centre

Reenactment of the battle of 1812.... The Canadians beat the Americans as depicted by fellow cyclists below, quite the acting, might have benefited from a costume change, although the helmets were a good touch as protective gear!

So cool to run into my aunt and cousin and her husband on the side of the road in cardinal :) thanks for cheering us on :)

Jack and Anne mudde, they were camping nearby and it was really touching and lovely to run into them at a sag stop (from the church I attended in Ottawa)

Today many participated in a 26.2 km time trial, from sag 1 to sag 2
We are in a coffe shop in Cornwall tallying up the times. Yummmmy chai latte ... Although I love Starbucks ones better :)

We almost made it to camp/ out next destination.... But first we took a dip (in our cycling clothes) in the st Lawrence river!! So deliscious !!!
Although biking in soggy bike shorts is not too pleasant we only had 1 k to ride.
